NUMBER 1
Episode #58: Communicate with CONFIDENCE – Mental Preparation
This episode was released in 2020, and it’s the TOP EPISODE for the second year in a row. Clearly this is a topic that resonates with A LOT of people. In this episode I share the 4 P’s of communicating with confidence:
- Practice
- Proverb
- Pep Talk
- Pirate
NUMBER 2
Episode #86: Introductions – How to INTRODUCE Yourself
Wow! This episode was only released a few months ago and it made it into the Top 3 of the year! In this episode I share a 3-step framework for introducing yourself:
- Present – Establish who you are.
- Past – Highlight your relevant experience.
- Future – Ideally an immediate future statement.
Listen to the episode to learn how to put this framework to use, and never feel self-conscious about introducing yourself again.
NUMBER 3
Episode #75: LEADERSHIP – Communicate Like a Boss with Jill Nykoliation

My interview with Jill in episode #75 was one of my favourites to date, and if you haven’t already listened to it, I hope you will. Jill and I worked together years ago in marketing at Kraft Foods. When I left to pursue academia, Jill joined an advertising agency. She’s now the award-winning CEO of JuniperPark/TBWA. (Go Jill!)
There’s a lot we can all learn from Jill in this episode, including:
- the benefits of authenticity
- the importance of a growth mindset
- the significance of precision…
